Criminal Law:
Law practice primary concentration in the areas of criminal defense (misdemeanors and felonies) with an emphasis on Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) defense, Motor Vehicle Revocation Hearings, vehicle seizures, violent crimes, narcotic cases, probation violations and personal injury law including wrongful death cases.

Limited select practice in the areas of contractual conflicts, civil litigation, drafting of wills and related documents. Trial practice in Metropolitan and equivalent courts; State and Federal courts.

Representation of clientele in both criminal and civil matters. Select practice in the areas of domestic relations law, domestic relations divorce proceedings and temporary restraining orders. Experience in collections work and limited estate planning drafting. Trial experience and practice in Metropolitan, State and Federal courts.

Litigation of misdemeanor and felony cases within the jurisdiction of the State of New Mexico Courts. Litigation synopsis of work handled for clientele includes arraignments trials, drafting of motions, briefs, responses, replys, research of related case law, witness interviews, argument of motions, briefs, responses and hearings.

Experience as former Assistant District Attorney included jury and bench trials on a weekly basis.

Personal Injury:
Representation of clients regarding various legal matters such as District Court trials, court annexed and uninsured motorist arbitrations, minor’s compromise hearings, various motion hearings and pretrial conferences.
